1. WHAT IS GRETIS?

2. WHAT IS TEMPORARY STAFFING OR TEMP STAFFING?

Temp Staffing is a shared working relationship between GRETIS, Corporate clients and an employee. In accordance with client selection criteria, the employee is hired by GRETIS and then assigned to a specific client for fixed term contract duration. During the course of the contract duration, we take complete and sole responsibility of all HR Administrative activities, which includes compliances for the employee as well as statutory employee benefits. However, the client retains control over performance and operational related aspects and has complete freedom to monitor the work of the employee and take decisions accordingly.

3. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PAYROLLING AND TEMPING?

In case of temping, Gretis is responsible for identifying a new employee for the client and, during this identification process, the requirements and selection criteria set by the client is kept in mind. In case of Payrolling, it involves recording employees’ commission, bonus, gross wages salaries that have been earned by the employee. Gretis also calculates the Social Security (ESI and PF) income tax that has been deducted from the employee to be deposited to the authorities accordingly.

5. WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE AFTER A CANDIDATE HAS BEEN SELECTED FOR A CONTRACTUAL JOB?

After all the selections rounds have been cleared, the candidate enters a contractual agreement with GRETIS for the specified contract period or related project. This is followed by handover of the appointment letter to the candidate by us. This appointment letter details all the necessary information including the job title of the candidate and the job responsibilities. The candidate will also be made aware of the company policies and ethical practices. After the appointment, the candidate will be subjected to the rules and policies of GRETIS. Hence after, the daily supervision responsibility lies with the client.
